ILT-ATEX

Range of in-line rectangular duct fan, specially designed for the extraction of potentially hazardous and explosive gases. Manufactured from galvanised steel sheet and provided with an inspection cover that can be removed to access the motor/ impeller assembly without having to remove the complete fan casing from the ducting. All model incorporate directdrive forward curved centrifugal impeller. Working temperature from -20 to 55 ºC.

HGHT-V

Range of roof mounted axial flow fans, with vertical air discharge configuration, for air extract.
Designed for smoke extraction in fi re conditions and certified F400-120 and F300-120 (HGHT-V – CE marked).
Casing formed from rolled sheet steel welded on the base with a corrosion resistant hot dipped galvanized finish. High grade die-cast aluminum blades locked within a pressed sheet steel hub. Backdraft shutter and proof guard at the fan discharge. Cylindrical casing formed from rolled sheet steel protected against corrosion by grey polyester paint coating.

Range of axial roof fans with horizontal air discharge configuration available in 2 version:
-“B” models for air extract.
-“A” models for air supply.
Base manufactured from galvanized sheet steel.
Cowl manufactured from spun aluminium. The impellers for models 315 to 400 are manufactured from one piece injection moulded plastic, reinforced with chemical anchored fibreglass for additional strength. Models 450 to 1000 incorporate separate plastic blades locked within a die cast aluminium hub.
Available, depending upon the model, with single or three phase motors in 4, 6, 8 or 4/8 poles.Motors

TD-MIXVENT + FILTER BOX MFL-G4

The MIXVENT HEATING system consists on a MFL filtration box installed on the inlet side of the TD-MIXVENT fan and are used when the installation requires supplying filtered clean air. MFL filtration boxes are of EU4 grade filtration and are designed for direct connection with standard circular ducting.

The TDM series of axial fans have been specifically designed to be installed in low pressure ducted systems. Single phase motor 230V-50Hz, Class II, IPX4. Protected against overheating. Suitable to operate within temperatures up to 40ºC. The “Z” versions incorporate long life motors fitted with ball bearings.
