TD-MIXVENT + FILTER BOX MFL-G4

The MIXVENT HEATING system consists on a MFL filtration box installed on the inlet side of the TD-MIXVENT fan and are used when the installation requires supplying filtered clean air. MFL filtration boxes are of EU4 grade filtration and are designed for direct connection with standard circular ducting.

Low profile in-line mixed flow duct explosion proof fans. TD-800 Ex is manufactured in antistatic plastic material. The others models are manufactured from sheet steel protected with black polyester paint coating. Detachable fan unit without demounting duct connections.

Transfer axial fan offering a very low noise level and specifically designed to work through a duct or to be flush mounted into the wall, ideal for ventilating small areas or to exchange heat between adjoining rooms. Fitted with single phase motors 230V-50Hz, IP44, Class II, with ball bearings for enhanced working life and assembled on silent-blocks.

The TDM series of axial fans have been specifically designed to be installed in low pressure ducted systems. Single phase motor 230V-50Hz, Class II, IPX4. Protected against overheating. Suitable to operate within temperatures up to 40ºC. The “Z” versions incorporate long life motors fitted with ball bearings.

Range of in-line duct centrifugal fans, manufactured from high grade corrosion resistant pressed galvanised steel and supplied as standard with a prewired wiring junction box and a robust mounting foot. All model include an enclosed type, single-phase external rotor motor with factory matched backward curved nonstalling impeller.

Motors
100N – 250N models: Motors are IP44, class B insulation with ball bearings and safety thermal overload protection.

Additional Information
Impellers from 100 to 250 models are manufactured from injection moulded plastic.

Description
Circular in-line duct fans from 100 to 400 mm diameter.
Models are suitable for mounting in any orientation and operation within ambient air temperatures between -20ºC up to +40ºC. Comprehensive range of accessories to ease the installation and control the fan performances.

Construction
Fan casing manufactured from high-grade corrosion-resistant pressed galvanized steel, with black polyester paint coating. Fully airtight sealed assembly.
Direct drive centrifugal impeller. Brushless EC motor, with thermal overload protection, suitable for single phase supply 230V +/- 15%/50-60Hz.
Fan speed adjustable with the potentiometer placed in the connection box or with an external control type REB-ECOWATT.
Analogue input with terminals in the terminal box to control the fan with 0-10V input signal.

Range of low profile mixed flow fans with ball bearings and brushless DC motors, of high efficiency and low consumption. Manufactured in plastic (models 160 to 800) or in steel (models 1300 and 2000), removable fan body, and rated as standard 90/260V- 50/60Hz for models 160 to 800 and 230V/50-60Hz for models 1300 and 2000. Fan speed 100% adjustable with the potentiometer placed in the connection box (excepted TD-160/100 ECOWATT) or with an external control type REB-ECOWATT. Analogue input with terminals in the terminal box to control the fan with 0-10V input signal.
Suitable for any kind of ventilation application where the noise level of the ventilation system is of particular importance and, due to continuous operation, a significant energy saving is desirable. It is also suitable for applications that require a Demand Controlled Ventilation System involving the use of other sensors or controls.

MBE heater type
– Insulated element rods.
– Automatic overheat thermostat wired in series with an additional safety overheat manual reset thermostat (RESET). Units are available for single phase (models 100, 125 and 160) or three phase (other models) electrical supply connection, with a circuit protection supplied on 230V single phase.
– Connection box IP43.
A range of duct or ambient temperature sensors and controllers accessories to accompany the electric heater are available. These controller accessories modulate the heater output as a function of the required environmental temperature. With this system it is possible to achieve temperature rise up to 50º on the supply air.

Shut-off valves must be installed on each water connection, so that the unit can be isolated if necessary (for cleaning filters, repairs, etc.) without the need to drain the entire circuit.
We recommend installing a filtration box with a filter (MFL-F + MFR) at the input to the unit, to capture water borne debris.

Low profile “Mixed-flow” fans with sound-absorbent insulation, extremely quiet, fan casing manufactured in plastic material, with a specially designed internal skin to direct the sound waves at the right angle for them to be captured by sound-absorbent material, fitted with flexible rubber seals on the inlet and outlet to absorb vibrations, with an external connection box, a body that can be removed without dismantling the adjacent ducting and therefore facilitating any installation or maintenance.
